Customers are comped based on previous casino ratings. If you are a table games player, it is based on your average bet and length of play. If you are a slot player, it is based on total number of coins played through the machines during your length of stay. How to get rated

Everyone on our junket will receive a casino players card with their name and account number on it.

Table games players must present this card to the table games supervisor at each table played. The casino supervisor records your average bet and your length of hours played. Comps are based on that formula. It is up to you to make sure that the supervisor is recording their play properly. Average bets are based on the supervisor’s observation and might not always be correct; so ask before you leave your table game to ensure proper ratings.
