Well, I hope all you crazy AR-15 owners had a Safe and Happy 4th of July! I wanted to tell you all about a pretty cool new product for all of the Magpul fans. Previously, customers and LE Departments who purchase these rifles are not able to attach the popular Push Button Quick Detach Sling Swivels to their rifles because the M.O.E. Buttstock does not include a built-in QD Socket. If they wanted a QD Socket, they needed to purchase a separate Rear Receiver or Buffer Tube installed QD adaptor, or, replace the M.O.E. Buttstock entirely with another buttstock, say a CTR by Magpul.

Ever since our friends at Impact Weapon Components introduced the Mount-N-Slot line for the Magpul MOE handguards, people have been asking if there would be a product for hand guards like the Troy/VTAC Extremes, JP/VTAC, Midwest Industries SS, and PRI Gen IIIs.
